He did a lot behind the scenes but the first team he left were shockingly unbalanced.

Grant has not really yet had much of a chance with what he has had available o him.

I see a massive clearout this summer, I'll be judging Grant this time next year, he'd have had time to attract the players he wants and to mold them into a team.
