What words shall I ban from our company discussion boards?

Just setting up a message board system for our intranet, but need to come up with a list of words that aren't acceptable (mainly to protect people rather than ourselves!).

Obvious ones are done (f**k, s**t etc.), but what other words / expletives shall I put in the blocked list? Come on, must be this board's sort of level... :-)
