though (after your 1st post above) read the synopsis for Moore's book on Amazon and is certainly one i'll be adding to my wishlist (and probably Kimmage's too!)

the blacksmith story sounds familiar, probably because David Duffield has recounted it many times during the hours i've spent watching nothing happening when following the tour live on Eurosport (i still miss hearing what he had the night before for dinner!)
