Well Jobs is being a teensy bit hypocritical

He might not like DRM; but not so much he's prepared to tell the major labels to take a hike or provide it for non-iPod devices.

But MS will do just about anything regarding digital media protection and they don't care who misses out in the process. They could easily licence their DRM for the Mac and we'd have no problems, but don't (possibly because of Apple's attitude to their own DRM). And who gets shafted?
