Jim a duffer over Brellier?

I notice that Jim Duffy's backtracking antics over Julien Brellier have prompted him to tell the Pink 'Un "I don't even know if Peter (Grant) know's of him".
Comparing this remark with the recent statement made in the Scottish Press "Norwich boss Grant asked Duffy about the player long before the former Dundee manager moved south and the latter's admiration for the Frenchman is undisputed" I find myself wondering if our Jim thinks that anything he says in Scotland won't find it's way down to Norfolk. Not true I'm afraid!!
