Pros and cons of yesterday

Pros
First ten minutes
Shackell is playing extremely well
Drury had a good game
Lappin is neat and tidy and started to try and organise the midfield
Hughes is getting better, although he did create one moment of panic and nearly gave a goal away

Cons
The middle seventy minutes
Fozzy can't play right side midfield
Doherty can't hit a long ball, but God he tried and tried !!! Why wouldn't he give up?

Now the quandries
Dickson was good in parts, but if the ball is flying over your head from the back it's hard to put your foot on it!
He played well in parts and disappeared for periods of time. He doesn't demand the ball

The central midfield don't seem to want to drop back and pick up the ball from the back four.
