Izzet did exactly what Giggs did, but had to retake it

I understand that a penalty is a definite rule where the referee has to blow the whistle, but surely some common sense should take over when it looks like a player/players are looking to have a shot

To stand there and wait for a keeper to move to one post and then shout is ridiculous

More ridiculous that the goal stands
