Don't you find Grant's comments about last night rather over the top though? And whisper it, Hamiltonesque? I mean, it's pretty obvious to me that the reason we lost was his ridiculous decision to move Martin out wide: how come there's been no comment in the press about Grant's treatment of Colin? Something must've gone on behind the scenes: otherwise, I just can't understand Colin's continued omission.

I actually think we'll beat Derby (they've got problems off the park, and are starting to stumble: West Brom and Sunderland are my fancies for automatic promotion at the moment). And I agree about the sides you mention not putting runs together: we're better than at least six clubs in this league, and I still can't see us finishing lower than 18th. Biggish clubs just don't get relegated from this division barring the most incredible off-field chaos: given both Leeds and QPR conform to this, I'm going for them to go down along with Southend. And of the bottom six, the one side which will DEFINITELY stay up are Hull: they're steadily improving now, and Phil Brown's done surprisingly well since taking over there.
