My 8 month old Xbox 360 (manufactured March 2006, bought after England v T&T World Cup game) went wrong the other week so I sent it back to Microsoft under their 1 year full manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement. It was deemed as being totally knackered so they sent me another one out.
Got that back yesterday and it's a reconditioned one thats well over a year old (made in Nov 2005 I think).
Does anyone know if they're allowed to do that or should I be entitled to have a brand new 360 as a replacement as it's still under warranty.
Checked around a few places already but I'm no good at all the legal jargon I keep getting throw at me (sales of goods acts etc. etc.) and need a simple answer in English that I can throw at them!
