pessimism, realism and optimism...

It's all about the current mood. People feel that things are starting to turn around, under Worthy we were playing s**te football and losing. Under Grant we are playing decent football and losing. I'd rather watch the latter than the former and so people want to go and watch the mighty NCFC in the hope that the good football will turn into results.

It would have been the same for Worthy, if we had played good football people would have been prepared to give him more time but who wants to watch the dross we were served up last season ad infinitum especially those of us brought up on the Brown, Stringer and Walker teams
