i think his over-performance yesterday says much more about him than any of his numerous under-performances this season - if there's no media carrot being dangled in front him, he can't be arsed. remember those early season performances when there was still something to play for? it's been downhill since then for etuhu - much like norwich.

the cliche for hughes, on the other hand, is that whatever people have had to say about him, he's always given 110%. yesterday at right back it finally paid off for him - it was probably his best game for us. and that gives me much more respect for him than etuhu. i only hope he can maintain that form. i do feel for colin though, who had hardly merited being dropped.
