I agree, but how would salary capping work? would teams be forced to sell some players?

I suppose it could be brought in gradually. Say by start of 2010-2011, a teams wage bill can be no more than £x's per month or something.

I suppose there would have to be a special dispensation thing if a team had 7 or 8 injuries or whatever, and would be allowed to pay loan fee.
