Is it the same few words repeated over and over?

If so their DTP package will have generated it so they could do the layout etc without the copy. They've simply left the dummy text in and not put what their hack wrote in its place. Which given some of the stuff they've published recently might be a deliberate editorial ploy to raise standards...
