Roy Dack is the name assigned (by mickfoot) to the leader of the Barclay Retards circa

1984-1992.

His real name is Paul I think.

But Roy Dack sounds better and is more typically 'Norfolk' and, thus, has a more intense comedy value.

In our heads anyway.
