There are virtually no successful sportsman or woman who are not arrogant by your standards or mine. It's part of the psychological make-up required to succeed at the top level. Sadly, there are plenty of arrogant little s**tes who are rubbish at football. Just as there are plenty of vain, cringing narcissists who can't actually act at all.

Hope Martin makes it. We're due a success from the academy.
