A plea for help...

Due to the ridiculously strict IT software constraints I have to adhere to, I havent even got the capability to convert an image I currently have saved in a Word doc to a JPG.

Has anyone got a couple of minutes to help me out with this? If anyone can tidy it up a bit as well to make it less 'pixelated', that would be a bonus!
