He will never be a good manager, but in my estimation, he is a good coach. In his day, he was a very good defender and God knows, our defence could do with some coaching! He was actually the Players player of the year up here in about 18985 I think it was!?

As a manager, he had a bad deal at Dundee three years ago as the team was crap and had no money (a la the Scum) and went into administration.

At Hearts last year he was just a victim of the Russian arsehole that owns the club - nothing to do with football. He and Graham Rix were doing fine when they were sacked.
