Simple answer is tell rents what they want to hear whilst at Uni.

Sorry I haven't been in contact this week just got a lot on with group work and left library quite late in the evenings (whether you are in the country or not they will never know just don't get hurt)

Sorry didn't answer phone last night had a couple of beers whilst watching the football with mate. Had a really stressful week with cswk soo much pressure (Out gettling lashed waking up somewhere you don't recognise and having to get out before she/or he (don't want to discriminate) wakes up!!
