Excel Help

I need some charting help! I've got a spreadsheet of dates and values:

January February
1st ?1.06 ?2.12
2nd ?1.10 ?2.27
3rd ?1.35
...
30th ?2.04
31st ?2.11

I've created a graph but I want Excel to show the data in a single series (i.e., one graph line). How do I continue a series across more than one column rather than having it produce multiple series?
