I hope the club's official will see this, about the compliant of Canaries World

As someone said before we cannot post the LIVE commentary link in this website because the club's official will see it, so I hope to let them know my unhappy experience using the Canaries World recently.

I listened the game's LIVE commentary from Canaries World, yesterday and the Wolves game on Tuesday night. For an overseas fans liked me and many of you I think, I must rely on this internet commentary service to follow my favourite team, because the BBC Radio Norfolk web commentary was blocked. I was always well prepared myself, 15 minutes before the kick-off, I login the Canaries World account, and hope to listen the pre-match build-up and the game's commentary.

What frustrated me in last 2 games were when I turn on the speaker, there was nothing there! I wait and wait and wait, the match kick-off, pass 5 minutes, pass 10 minutes and then 15 minutes in the first half, the commentary provided by BBC Radio Norfolk was finally connected. Well, why did I miss the first 15 minutes of commentary? Is it my fault? The same happened when we played Wolves on last Tuesday night, it was a 3:45am kick off Hong Kong time, so why did I sit in front of my computer, and doing nothing at 4am?

Canaries World had plenty of special offer to the fans who did not subscribed at the start of the season, sometimes they had some speciall offers to the fans who chose to join late, but for a loyalty fans liked me, I would not take any "free gift" but to subscribe the service at the start of each season, but why did I get the service liked that? Did I deserve a bit better service? I hope the club and the World service can sort it out very soon. Please don't happen next time.
