musings on current events at club

Hey have not been on here for a while but thought i wud give my 2 penneth worth. I must admit that i'm in total shock as to the departure of Carl Robinson, ok so he was not technically gifted and his first touch was poor on many occasions but I would of thought that if Grant wanted to ditch him do it at the end of the season. We need all the bodies we can get at the minute, I guess her (Grant) has gone some way to rectify the situation by bringing in fotheringham and Lappin. I still would of liked a striker coming in though, even if it is just on loan for 3 months, just to help us get out ofthis mire

Does anyone else think we are showing too much prudence and not enough ambition? Now i know you cant throw all your eggs in one basket and expect success but i mean come on show a bit of faith.

I think that we are too good to go down and results will turn around Leeds is a real 6=pointer on sat and hopefully we can pick up something here

We were really unlucky against Wolves, I felt we were trying to walk the ball into the goal too much, and what is the point of short corners when we are losing stick it in the box, Hughes was unlucky to get taken off, in my view PG should of tok Thorn off cos he was utter crap the other night, roll on when Dion comes back. The new faces should go straight into the team as it will give everyone a lift.

Finally last but by no means least a very heartfelt goodbye to Flem. Only one way to describe him, Legend. When i hear about all the previous players who have gone down in legendry status at the club, the '59 team, Keelan, Forbes, among others, being young i can only imagine what it is like for fans to describetheir feelings while watching these players play. For me in the modern era i can compare that to watching the likes of Eadie, Malky and the big Welshman, quite simply put Flem we will miss you, you gave your all for the club stuck by us through pain and joy success and failure and for that w thank you, good luck and every success at the Millers.
