OK I give in

Despite the fact that the club have stated clearly how attendance figures are arrived at and announced (it relates to Chase's inflation of attendances during his last months), and despite the fact that anyone there could see the thousands of empty seats you have read it on the internet so it must be true.
But carry on - it's nice arguing with someone who isn't on the way to a breakdown.
