Right, so you don't think they know what they've got wrong? You can't say so publically. You've got players who are still here and need the backing. In private, they are almost certain to be thinking differently.

It's you who is naive in thinking that the board actually do think what is said in public.

Now, that said, what should we do? In specifics, not show ambition (which means the sum of f**k all between 0 and infinity).
