I think reading between the lines the club has probably had to let Simon talk to Norwich - as it is probably written into his contract that he can talk to a bigger club if one comes in for him.

Fingers crossed he won't like it down there - but I think Norwich are a great club with great facilites and he would be mad to pass up the opportunity to play in the Championship.
