How much should we accept for him do you think? On the one side it's pretty much accepted that he wants a move, but if we dont get a decent offer wouldnt it be good to hold on to a player of his quality?

I dont think he'll show the same attitude next year as he did towards the end of last season: even if its from a purely selfish point of view, the only way to prove to other clubs that he's worth the money is the play well. He has nothing to gain from not putting in good performances.
