you proberly will have a back up disk

if you have put that disk in the drive and it will reboot and install a back up image of everything that was on the lap top when you bougfht it. so it will be like it was out of the box

WARNING back up everything you dont wont to loose cause it will delete anything that wasnt there when it was bought
