Toss a coin, I guess, but bear in mind it's not just Delia - her husband is in this, too!
Say an asset value of ?25m and a shareholding of 51%, that's ?12.5m. But there's so many other factors and influences it's almost impossible to say. I doubt they'd sell for anything less than the value of the shareholding (Why the hell should they?!), but would about all the associated loans? How big a slice are they wanting to sell - all of it, most of it, half of it?
And on top of that, they want someone who can put "significant" cash into the team, i.e. around ?5m - ?10m. So not just the purchase price plus (say) ?10m, but the purchase price plus that ?10m SPARE. For a total buyout, I'd expect a consortium or individual in the range of ?100m+ in personal wealth terms.
