Few players are worth 10m + wages in my opinion, unless they are so good they will make you a profit on merchandising (Beckham, Ronaldo a foo yare back, Ronaldinho, Rooney), will make you a considerable profit in a short time when sold (Rio at Leeds), or who will individually improve your team so much that you will gain the profit from prize winnings or from avoiding otherwise possible relegation (Henry, Cantona, Shearer, Le Tissier, Zola)

However, in an artificial market where Young is worth 10m, then who knows ?
