Starting at about 16. At training last year, the 1st team coach asked me why I had my left knee strapped up all the time; I told him cos if I didn't the top and bottom of my leg moved in different directions. He said "Yeah, I can see that when you run..."
Pre-season starts tomorrow night (Oh God!), so must remember to tape the ankles up as well.
