Not wishing to start gossip but....

some bloke on the Pinkun site reckons Green was not at pre-season training today having been excused due to a "personal engagement." Another later in the thread says he was spotted in Liverpool this afternoon although gives no details.

Probably all complete nonsense but if true then interesting. I have almost convinced myself that Greeno will be here at the start of the season but if he did go as well as Francis then it raises the prospect of us having lots of cash to play with in the next couple of weeks!
