no, what i'm saying is,

the scout's will "watch" only select teams. They wont go on recommendations of decent looking players. Even then they cant be arsed to get out of their cars and watch. If you took the whole acadamy and asked each player who they played for before joining, you will see that they come from only a few different teams.
