Clearout needed. Earnie to go?

If not in this transfer window then during the summer the following must leave the club & be replaced.

Gallagher - not up to it
Louis Jean - Disabled
Doherty - To error prone/not up to it
McVeigh - lazy, waster f**k
Hughes - Not up to it
Robinson - Not up to it
Thorne - Disabled / not up to it
Ryan Jarvis - never gonna make it
Fleming - not up to it

That's 9 players. Some I believe are out of contract, the others need to be released on free's / deal done to pay them off.
Unfortunately 9 out means 9 (minimum) in. The only way I can see that happening is by raising money from Earnie.
Now I love the guy & will blub like a baby if/when he is sold but I feel he has to be the sacrafice for an all round better team.
What do you think? Can those nine be replaced on free's/low fee's & still keep Earnie or does he have to go?
