Haven't read the article as you have to subscribe to the magazine, but the headline is: "Jurgen Colin feels that, with Norwich City, he is ready for the Premiership."

Anyway a friend of mine read it and apparently one thing he says is that if he looks at the players currently at PSV he would be starting now had he stayed (although he is not unhappy at Norwich).
