who we sign to be honest. Anyone decent will have other Champ clubs higher in the league and better located geographically after them.

The onyl reason players like Hucks, Earnie, Ashton, Safri came here is that we were either genuinely going for the Prem or in the Prem.

Now we're a lower mid table Champ club stuck out in the wilds of Norfolk, with no prospect of promotion this year and parachute payments due to stop. Where's the attraction in that for a quality young player compared with sides higher in the league and with whose best players aren't either a) probably going to leave in the summer b) getting old or c) not picked half the time.

Just thought I'd depress everyone a bit more.
