More idle, more chocolate, more beer.
Take no exercise at all, become real slob, don't even walk to the shops, drive or take the bus.
Throw your bike in a river, lest temptation be too much.
Eat lots of sugar and fat. Haribo and pizza dream-team combination. Ice cream too, full fat stuff.
