...got a lot of cash to burn - and a five year plan to establish them as a Championship club.

Also wants to relocate them to a new all-seater stadium at the old British Sugar site, selling up the current ground for the South Bank development. Previous people have tried to take over with this in mind, but failed - have a feeling McAnthony won't.

His main plan in Peterborough though is to build a casino, something local businessman Rinaldo Fasulo's been trying to do for years but hasn't managed.
