if they dont have the number they try their best to convince you the place doesnt exist.

Operator: "London Zoo? nah no such place."
Me: "But it does"
him:"Nah"
me:"It does, i went there last year!"
him"Nah"
me: It does!"
him: "Could it be under any other name?"
me:"What other name would a zoo in london be under? Edinburgh Aquarium"
