In all seriousness what do Norwich need to do this transfer window?

I say:
- get a new goalkeeper (Camp?)
- give Dickson a kick up the arse
- get a promising lower league striker to play alongside Earnie (who isn't sold)
- teach the defence to realise where the others are at any time
- tell Croft and Huckerby not to swing crosses into the box aimed at Earnie. It's alright if Dion's in there, but not just for Earnie
- tell everyone the game lasts 100 minutes, so by the time they relax the game is over
