Any technical genii around please ?

A good friend has filmed his lad riding his first ever bike on his Nokia phone, but wants to transfer it to DVD so he can play it on PC, and preserve it for posterity. Does anyone know of a process / software that will do the job please ? I believe that the format has to be changed from Nokia's own to a diogital format recognised by players, but that could be totally duff info.
