A change is as good as a cliche, as they say.

Haven't been camping in *years*. Ms RWLC not so keen: much prefers more comfortable (and expensive) accomodations.

Went out on our bikes yesterday for the first time in ages. Years, in fact, in Ms case. Sore all over now - arse, hands, legs, back, feet, primarily arse. Ms had a big off, downhill over loose rocks - left forearm cut to buggery, swolen up like a football.
