This is a very important time in the club's history and handing the manager's job to someone with no managerial experience is something that I wouldn't expect to end in happiness. I fully support Grant and I believe he can take us forwards. However, most of what we've seen so far from him hasn't been wonderful (Worthington-esque decisions, Safri not playing etc) and most of his decisions and remarks to the press have been ill-timed, ill-judged and inappropriate. Having said that, what do you expect him to deliver instant success with the s**t (bar a few good players) which Worthington left him?
Peter Grant may have managerial credentials and may prove to be a top manager, but part of me feels he has picked the wrong club to start his managerial career.
