There was only one side who truly wanted to win the game yesterday and that was Southend. Norwich lacked imagination, team spirit and clinical final ball. They need a new heart in midfield to create and support, have a clear out PG.

These are players who do not bond on the pitch and who are strangers away from it. The spirit that brought us promotion isn't there. They are there just to pick up a wage packet. Look at Southend for real team spirit.
