But from what I have seen this season we are in a big hole, and people jumping on Grants back after 2 or 3 months in charge when he hasnt had a chance to put his own team in place is really harsh. He is inherited a team that would struggle in league 1 and need a couple of transfer windows to get some fresh faces in.
