Peter Grant - A manager oput of his depth

i cannot beleive I am writing this but Peter Grants leaving out of Safri again and his failure to utilise McVeigh and Thorne when we needed a goal has left me fearful that Peter Grant has walked into a situation he is incapable of rectifying.

We need an experienced head in charge asap - be it Dowie, Royle or whoever because when Erny is sold in January we are doomed.
