having large, future, known about payments missing from the accounts

(ie the new stand loan payment that you talk about)
well having such a payment missing from the accounts is against financial regulations and therefore against the law, so my guess is, that that part of your rumour is a load of old bollocks

been very worried about the minimum fee release clause idea for quite some time now though....
