Opposite when I met players

I remember meeting a load of players back in about 93/94. I met Gunny, Sutton, Ruel Fox and others at a pizza place near the Wig and Pistle.

Gunny was his marketing best, and it was no surprise to see him go on to his current role.

Sutton was in the kitchen making the pizza, so didn't chat much.

Foxy was a star. Was having a right laugh with us. He was my fave player for ages. Top geezer, top player and he was a top waiter too.

Still remember walking into the UEA pub and someone shouting over that he had been sold and feeling totally crestfallen....

Foxy was ace. Him and Eadie on the wings, swapping wings every attack and totally confusing the opposition. Them were the days...
