But I honestly don't think they give a s**t what we think (which doesn't mean that we shouldn't still try to change things). Sadly, there's little difference between political parties in the first world - especially on economic policy, so when we are presented with the alternatives at the next election, we'll have little choice.
Geldof & Bono's strategy of cosying up to the politicians with limited demands is a dangerous one as it allows them to get away with doing the least possible and then claim they have responded satisfactorily.
