green deal sealed?

about francis/pompey, and there is no mention at all of green. I guess they don't want to announce the deal yet because they're trying to see if they can offload francis at the same time. Good to see that we're not giving francis away for nothing. We might even get 2 million for him (or 1.4 + primus).
