Have you actually tried to go and get the live aid tickets because I often pick things up, recorded and special delivery, for my girlfriend and they never even say a word.

Just take the card that went through his letterbox down there and sign for it.

If you think about it when a special or recorded delivery is made is all the postman/woman needs is A signiture to prove it has been delivered. I don't think they are neccesarilly looking fot the addressee.

Of course they could just be lazy in my post office and not a crap about the rules.
