vent their frustration please do so in the direction of the Board. It is they who have put Grant in this posistion. Grant is just doing his best with a very thin and inadequate squad.

We will begin to see how effective he is in the January window but it will take until next summer before he can really begin the re-building process. For what its worth, the coaching set up could do with a shake up as well.

All the Board have to do is support him financially.
